1. General

Hivip (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between hivip and its users.

• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

3. Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, contact support after 1 hour.
• Depositing from another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. Only deposit from an account registered in your own name.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only — any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses must be used within a set validity period — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

• Cheating or engaging in misconduct toward other players.
• Spreading false information about hivip's systems or games.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Hivip may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

To close your account at your request, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure — retrieving funds after an account is closed can be complicated.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
